Sunrise

Dawn was tinting everything rosy,
As i watched the sunrise,
The rare occasions i had been awake at this hour,
To enjoy the blush of early morning.
I marveled at the stillness of the dark breaking into day,
It delightful to watch, As the world awakened and into its usual chaos again.
